I understand that participation in yoga classes involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks of my participation in activities at celinemaryoga.
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless celinemaryoga, its owners, officers, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, disability, death, loss or damage to personal property.
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit my participation in yoga classes. I agree to inform the instructor of any physical limitations, health concerns, injuries, or disabilities before class.
If I am pregnant or become pregnant, I acknowledge that I participate fully at my own risk and responsibility. I will inform the instructor of my pregnancy before class.
I consent to the use of my image, likeness, and sound in photographs, videos, and other media for the purpose of promoting celinemaryoga without compensation.
By using the services of celinemaryoga, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver.
